Accra: A Three Term Former NPP Upper West Regional Chairman Succeeds Mogtari Sahanun at Council of Stage

three term New Patriotic Party former Upper West Regional Chairman, Alhaji Abubakari Short sworn in as a Member of Council of State as he replaces Mogtari Sahanun at the Jubilee House In Accra.

Alhaji Abubakari Short has being a polling station agent, constituency chairman, regional chairman for 12 years, chairman of regional chairmen, member of both the National Council (NC) and National Executive Committee (NEC) and disciplinary committee.

Before his accession onto the high office, Alhaji Short has served as the Chairman for a Nine Member Board for the Ghana Cylinder Manufacturing Company (GCMC) in Accra since 2018.
